cannot contact buyer

I am not able to contact this buyer as he has placed two order for diamond rings and has not given the ring size. We have emailed him but not revert.  If he does not reply we will not be able to ship as these are high value orders of around 20000/- and on Cash on delivery

2. You can get the buyer number, when you print label. You can call buyer on that number.
