Worst Selling experience in ebay. Customer care ? is there anything like that in ebay?

I have got a very very worst selling experience in ebay. I don't know how people are selling their products in ebay and receiving their payments. Let me share my experience for the folks and new sellers. NEW SELLERS think before you sell anything on ebay.

 

First of all I tried to sell my old pc in ebay.I listed my item in bidding and was sold for Rs.9800 and i charged 1200 as shipping charges. Then later i found that the actual shipping charges is Rs.4500 so i informed the buyer and he also accepted for refund. So i refunded via paisapay. but i was charged as Rs.110 as ebay fee. Later i contacted customer care and asked about the invoice , they told it will be adjusted in next months invoice.

 

Then again i listed in bidding and the winning bidder didn't pay for the item , This happened two times and i opened a case in resolution center and it was closed stating that final fee wil be credited to me.

 

After that I planned to sell cpu and monitor seperately. And sold the CPU for Rs.6600 and Rs.500 as shipping charges. Total is Rs.7100 already paisapay has deducted Rs.358.99 as their fee and received the payment  to my paisapay on 6th october and i shipped the item and it was confirmed by the buyer. (NOTE : All this period i was on express remittance) My payment is to be remitted to my bank account immediately after the delivery confirmation. But what happened is after the delivery confirmation , I was changed to Silver remittance . Which is after 15 days of the delivery only they will remitt me. 

 

So i waited for another 15 days. In the mean while i tried to sell my monitor and again buyer didnt pay so it was resolved with final fee credit. Also the next month's invoice is been generated. It is Rs.285 after adjusting the final fee value credits.

 

I chatted with the customer care and informed them and they told that they will check and adjust the bill. Actually i Sold only for Rs.7100 including shipping value. 1% of this value is the ebay fees. it should be Rs.71 + taxes . Customer care team doesn't have any clue and they were keep on saying the same , that i need to pay the invoice and any excess amount will be adjusted in the next invoice

 

I asked them a simple question that what is the total amount for the items i sold in ebay last billing period and what is the amount i have received in my paisapay account. Customer care replied Rs.7100 . Then i asked how come Rs.285 is charged for Rs.7100 ?

 

Then they admitted their mistake and he told it will be rectified in 2 days.its been 4 days and Mean while my remittance date has come on 6th november. on that day they hold the payment stating that ebay has hold the payment for non payment of invoice.

 

Again i contacted customer care and informed them the whole story , I shouted at them and again asked them about the calculations and at that time only i noticed that Rs.110 invoice hasn't been adjusted and i notified it to them. Then only they adjusted the invoice. Finally i need to pay Rs.89 .

 

I paid this amount on 9th november(Sunday) at about 9 AM and informed the customer care about it and they replied that my hold will be lifted in 24 hours and payment will be processed on next remittance cycle which is friday(14th Nov) . MY QUESTION IS WHEN THEY HOLD MY REMITTANCE FOR NON PAYMENT OF INVOICE AUTOMATICALLY. WHY IT IS NOT RELEASED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT OF INVOICE.

 

I waited till 14th NOV for the payment and my account was activated on 12th nov. Again on 14th nov they didnt send the payment as usual saying that the amount was returned to them stating my bank account details are not proper.

 

Again my question is IF MY BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT PROPERLY REGISTERED THEN HOW DID IT GOT REGISTERED IN PAISAPAY.

They suggested to change my bank details.I Did the same on 16th Nov and I got a mail from ebay asking for address proof and id proof as i have changed my bank details. I sent the pan card and driving license front side to them . I confirmed it by calling them too and they said my paisapay will be activated in 24 to 48 hrs after verification of the documents.

 

Meanwhile i sold the monitor sucessfully for Rs.4850. and its payment too was in paisapay. I waited for 48 hrs and still my account was not activated. Again i contacted customer care and they said there was a huge backlog in documents verification so it may take another 24 hours. so i accepted and waited for another 24 hours and again not activated and again i contacted them on 19th nov and they said it will be activated by 19th evening. But to my surprise NOT SURPRISE ACTUALLY EXPECTED SOME SILLY REASONS FROM THEM. I got a mail from ebay stating that pan card has be accepted and they need the backside of the driving license. without questioning them i sent the backside of the driving license immediately. Thinking atleast i will get my payment by 21st nov( friday) I didnt get any response on my account activation. 

 

Again my Invoice has been generated for Rs.85 . This is for the monitor i sold. Actually it should be around Rs.55 but i dont want to argue with them as they really dont know what to do with that problem and how to calculate the invoice. As they really dont know to calculate what is 1+1 is. So i paid that invoice immediately. 

 

Today i had a conversation with the customer care for activating my account. And asked several questions to them what they did is simply ended the chat in the middle and ran away like a coward.

 

The person i was chatting with is URVASHI and her supervisor VARUN. Actually This VARUN is a COWARD and doesnt know how to deal a customer. I really dont know how ebay promoted him to supervisor.
