Why the sale are so low ? i never faced this before even my listings are on top. is this overall ?

Everyone is having this issue. Welcome to the new eBay after all there changes. My sales don't even exist any more. Went from $18,000 to $3,000 90 day total. Soon as managed payments came around / The new seller hub. My sells just dropped to nothing =(
