What should i do? the product's status is"on hold with lp" contact customer service .

I' had ordered a product. It was to be shipped to my address, bangalore.

but, now, the tracking shows "on hold with lp' and status is to contact sustomer service.Its through blue dart.

i dont understand why, or whom to call.

Help.
