What action can taken against such buyer who refuse the delivery after buying an item?

Hi..I am seller on ebay. Recently a buyer from Bangalore bought an item from me. After buying he refused the delivery stating that he is no more interesting to buy this item without giving any reason .Item returned back to me. I report the ebay about the all matter but ebay refund the buyer & no action taken against buyer. I had to pay shipping charges. I would like to know that is there any way to deal with such fake buyer?

There are 2 Solutions to your issue:

1. Enroll for ebay powership. Ebay will assign logistic provider to you. If buyer refuse to accept product then no shipping will be charged to you.

2. You can complain to ebay regarding such fake buyer and ebay will block their IP address so that such people can not make any ebay acount with same IP address. However, they can make ebay account with another IP address. Further, you should have evidence to prove that buyer is a fake buyer. It makes option 2 little less useful.
