This is with regards to my paisapay pay out to my bank. I have been inactive for the past 5 years and now I started selling again in Ebay. But unforunately my bank has upgraded their account system and the NTFS code has changed. But I am trying for the past 1 month when ever I click on my paisapay and account details and then click edit, it just shows a blank page.
Whithout proper bank details I keep getting remittance error and the money is blocked at paisapay.
I tried with every browser imaginable , and with different systems Mac, Linux, Windows, Same problem.
I have been asking with the Ebay customer care continuosly. At first they told me it was due to KYC. But after I sent the KYC documents they said may be the site was slow for upgrading etc.. and asked me to try after a few days.
Still the problem continues, so now they have a new technique. When I contact customer care over phone, they disconnect. When I chat either they disconnect or ask me to send a mail to ebay support.
I sent a detailed mail to Ebay support 4 days back for which they are yet to reply me.
Can any of the forum members here guide me ? Almost 19,000 /- is blocked in my paisapay account.
