Below are two fraud cases happened with me and eBay India is not provided any update on below two claim.

I have already provided proof to eBay but not received any single update from ebay.
I am very upset about ebay service. My Rs. 15950 on Risk.
I have applied for seller protection but no update.
Last time eBay representative on call told me i will escalate this to higher level but i am not sure what happened with that escalation.
I am not sure when your 48 hours are going to complete. On the call he assured me claim settlement team will contact you.
After that call more than week complete but no one called me.
Even not any email communication happened from eBay side.
