Wrong feedback left by buyer, who to contact to have the feedback removed ?

A bad buyer has left me a negative feedback saying the product was bad. On checking with FEDEX it seems the item is not yet delivered. Which means the feedback is wrong. Can anybody tell me who should I report this matter to and have the feedback removed? I would like email communication as it can be kept in record.

There are some buyers who are blackmailing sellers. They have made multiple fake accounts. They blackmail seller by putting negative feedback without even informing the seller about the issue. I just faced the same issue while doing business with some Tamil Nadu buyers. They make false claims which are very difficult to prove. Not only that I doubt that some insiders who know every thing about Ebay are doing this kind of thing & most important of all they are targeting the new sellers. Especially those sellers who work on small margins and provide low shipping charges. So it is necessary If you are new seller then always send an aknowledgement slip along with your parcel. Also Always seal your parcel properly and mention to the buyer that not to accept the parcel if sealed broken, Because there are some buyers try to prove that there is no item inside the parcel and the seller is a cheat. So please be careful when selecting courier service & be sure how will you pack the item & include that cost in shipping cost. Always exclude those states where you are finding cheaters again and again because a gang may be targeting you & you may be unaware of that because you are a new seller.
