eBay asking for resolution 48 hrs. Without even calling me.

Hi,

 

I have sold a nexus 7 (1gen), now the buyer is saying he didn't knew it was first generation, although i the pic was of 1st generation and so was the description. I wrote its 1st gen in big letter's in product name as well.

Now the buyer registered a complain as item not as expected, within 2 days i recieved the mail, please provide resolution to the buyer or we will initiate refund.

Now i don't understand what's my mistake what am i suppose to do now? I didn't even got a call.

Send an email to your buyer asking for explanation. If he write something about the "1st generation" matter you may just call ebay support and show them the message as evidence. They will surely remove.

  Question him on email in such a way that his answer will serve you as an evidence.
