Second Chance after End of Auction

After the ending of an auction, I send second chance option, if it fits my budget. But, when the second chance E.mail is sent to the bidder, with the following warning message on top.

"You can be sure a Second Chance Offer is legitimate when you see it in My Messages with the subject line, "You have a second chanceoffer". If it is not, it's fake. Do not respond to the sender or complete the transaction. Outside of eBay offers may be fraudulent and not covered by buyer protection programs."

I wanted to strongly appeal to edit this message with following reasons, as it creates confusion in the mind of the bidder and scared.

1. The first message "You can be sure a Second Chance Offer is legitimate when you see it in My Messages with the subject line, "You have a second chanceoffer" is sufficient to convey the idea behind the warning.

2. The part "If it is not, it's fake. Do not respond to the sender or complete the transaction" is not continuous and may be interpreted by the customer as a seperate sentence that the whole E.mail is fake and do not respond.

3. If the offer is fake, there will not be this warninig anyway. So, it is usefless to have this warning in the legitimate offer.

As sugestion, it could be explained as "Respond to a second chance offer only when you see it in My Messages with the subject line, "You have a second chance offer." Pay for the item only if you are able to complete the checkout within eBay.in, as outside of eBay offers may be fraudulent and not covered by buyer protection programs.

Though, you have another message at the foot note of the E.mail, it is not very convincing for the buyer.

So, please do the needful, so that, more second chance offers can be turned into sales.

I agree to the points made , I my self  became confused reading the"You can be sure a Second Chance Offer is legitimate when you see it in My Messages with the subject line, "You have a second chanceoffer". If it is not, it's fake. Do not respond to the sender or complete the transaction........." statment. however with payment being transcated through the ebay authorized mode , erases the doubt about the offer being fraud, still it would be appreciable in the intrest of the buyer to change the sentense as suggested "Respond to a second chance offer only when you see it in My Messages with the subject line, "You have a second chance offer."
