Im facing similar situation. Its been difficult last 4 weeks with this Powership process. One of my items was received by the buyer, he confirmed twice. I sent the confirmation to Powership team. In the end amount was refunded to buyer.
I have sent Powership cancellation mail about 10days back, still not response.
Did you had any luck with the cancellation of Powership?
