Remittance kept on hold unnecessarily.

Extremly poor service of settlement department.

My remmitance kept on hold for over 4 days now....

Emailed the KYC documents every time i called the customer care.Till now I mailed the documents 5 times but still their customer care representative asking to wait for another 48 hrs.

everytime has to talk to a new representative with futile exercise. They donot provide any reference number to quote in future.

I have not seen service poorer than this before.

Please settle my remittance I rpomise not to do business with you again.
