Why there is increase in ebay fee structure?

I just got to know that ebay is increasing the commission on different product categories. The only reason I personally prefer to sell on ebay is the commission rate. This is really a very bad move and is not going to be appreciated by any seller. No suprise that these things are coming up after flipkart is in the picture. 

I am very disappointed.

Flipkart was awesome for sellers some years back but now it's nightmare. Part of the reason is that Flipkart has tie up with big sellers and the company gives the preference. I personally know a person who was offered guaranteed top position in product listings.

I agree that if Flipkart brings with culture to Ebay, this platform is good as dead.
