Why customer support's taking 40 -50 mins for connecting calls or chats ?

why it is 40 - 50 mins waiting for connecting customer support ? You are claiming that you are No 1 online ecommerce in india, then why such a poorest service ?

AMAZON customer support connecting time - 1- 2 mins

Flipkart customer support connectiong time - 30 sec - 1 min

Shopclues customer support connecting time - 2 -3 mins

snapdeal customer support connectiong time - 4 -5 mins

THE ONLY ,EBAY, CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONNECTING TIME IS 40- 50 MINs. They said that volumes has suddently raised. But i don't think in surge in sell at all. 

Buyers are now calling us for issue. As seller, we handle packing, shipping ( never picked up done for powership), listing products. 

I think, we love to answer a ebay customer calls, but please lower the selling fees.

I was contacted ebay through chat and the waiting time is around 30-40mins. I called once for a claim that I raised. They took appr. 55mins and I waited like that. Even it was an toll free number, other wise I had to pay my whole bill to ebay customer support only.
Once I asked through online chat - "Why are keep the customers waiting since long period of time. around 40mins.?"
They told at that time they were receiving the customers continuously in large amounts and thus they had been keep waiting.
I told please improve the customer support as ebay india was best online shopping site than any other.
I recommend ebay india. But still ebay must improve from there side also.

Sir, If you call as a buyer, they give only 2 to 3 minutes wait time. They don't respect the seller's hardwork and that is why they don't bother about there time.
