Hi friends,
This has happened to me second time.My item is sold but payment is not made by the buyer. I think people are targetting new sellers,to make them fool.But they don't understand that we are selling online means we have some knowledge abouth this.When I am opening their user account , show 0 beside their name. That means they are creating new account to make fraud.
I have raised case ,waiting for 7 days to complete.Then I will close my case to get back money from paisa pay.
Friends,is there any shortcut method to cancel the transaction and to get the money back from paisa pay .

But I have a doubt. You said the buyer had paid using paisapay. It means , the amount involved is already with the ebay.. If the buyer has received the item, ebay would transfer the amount to your account. Evenif the buyer is not acknowledging receipt of the item, ebay will transfer the amount after a stipulated time .
The status " I am awaiting payment for the item " is being displayed.That means buyer has not paid.But when I am trying to contact buyer through mail,he is not responding. Paisapay is deducting its commission from my account. If buyer has not paid,then How paisapay is deducting amount . In my mail "item is sold" was written and "Ship your item when paisapay confirms you the payment is made by the buyer" statement was there.
As per procedure, I have sent invoice to the buyer through mail.Then contact buyer through mail.Then raised a case to cancel the transaction.
So,my question is "How to cancel the transaction if the buyer is not paying" without raising any case.
