Buyer is cheating me...Need Help for procedure.

Hello All,

I need help for handel Cliam

Buyer is trying to cheat me. I have sent correct product (WD 2 TB HDD) to buyer. He kept away WD 2TB HDD product which I sent to buyer and showing different product along with my package material in provided images for cliam. I never sold 1 TB passport model to any eBay customer.

He is completely Lying and showing me and eBay that  he recivied incorrect product.

He claimed refund to eBay (745684.)

Also he given negative feedback to me my feedback score come from 99 to 92.

I am not sure what eBay is taking action on this claim . i have already shared my proof to eBay.

I am new seller started business three month back and i am not aware how to handle this situation. 

Please help me to go correct direction to resolve this claim.

My Dear friend your observation is wrong. what I am saying I never sold 1 TB passport model to any eBay customer and that is true. there are two model WD passport and WD Element. There are two different model.

EBay is not providing any update on these fraud. I am not sure what will happen with my money. Ebay response is very poor.
