I am a paper manufacturer and I would like to know the monthly and yearly sales volume (in metric tons) of cut sized copy paper (A4, A3 of 70GSM, 80GSM and 100GSM) on the ebay platform or similar online marketplaces. Accordingly I will be able to decide whether it will be profitable for me to list on the platform or not. I look forward to a prompt reply. Thanks.

You won't get it. It's unlikely that any of these platforms will share this information with you. Therefore what you should do is look at other seller's listing and see how much they have sold such items. It would give you some idea. Also check sales rank of products on Amazon.
