I am not a seller on EBay or in any other e coomerce sites. I read in a national News paper (English), that Ebay.Com, the USA based parent organization would be relaunching its India operations again. When Ebay.in would be opeartonal again under the parent organization is not clear. Let us hope that the good old days of Ebay india will be back again.
Once Ebay india starts opeartions, it is better, the Ebay management ensure formation of a proper customer care wing, because even before the acquisition of Ebay by Flipkart, the business of Ebay india had taken a nose dive because of an unreponsive and irresponsible customer care staff whose lethargy and unprofessionalism were driving loyal ebay customers to other ecommerce sites, espacially amazon.in.With the usual discount coupons, Ebay india when relaunched, can rebound to its past glory.
