Plz tell me , how can i get Proof Of delivery Of a Registered Parcel sent by Indiapost?

Buyer get the item on 18/9/15 after using item 5 - 6 days, On 25th he claim that he not get the parcel, but on tracking indiapost website its shows "Delivered" and branch manager also ensures that the parcel is delivered.

I told them give me in written, that its delivered to right person, but they reply me "NO", we did not insure that it delivered to right person, we can only give in witten to our postoffice deliveries.  

Plz tell me how to proof it he already got item 

and Is their any form available ,which i can fill and get needed info???

Best proof is the India post tracking website. If it says its delivered, then it is.

If buyer says he didn't get it, he is a lying mfkr. That's what I've seen at ebay India.

You are 100% correct bro, but even after website shows "Delivered", ebay still asking for DSR with in 3 days, and if theyr is any way of getting drs from postoffice plz share info, 3 buyers already got refund from ebay and item in free. item also showing as Delivered.

Thats why I have started cancelling the orders which are not covered by PowerShip. They were nothing but a hassle. First you have to wait in lonq queue deal with our so competent post officers and then hope the buyer agrees he received it and then wait more days for him to mark it as received and ...........

Best thing, only let eBay deal with shipping
