To increase sale limit you must contact inappeals@ebay.in and request them. Make sure you have made some sales before requesting otherwise they will decline.
When I started, I had 10 listing limit. After selling 3 items I appealed for increase and was granted. Similarly after 30 sales, I asked again and was granted.
