Not able to Relist and List more items

I am top rated power seller,feedback score is above 99.5%.

Getting this error message when am relisting an item.

"At this time, you can't list any more items with this account. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

eBay occasionally places limits on accounts in order to help keep our community safe. This limit isn't a reflection on you -- these same limits apply to many sellers."

Whats this ?

Sorry to know about it.

Ther could be different reasons.

1. Did eBay send you any email mentioning some policy violation? If yes, can you can say what were the words used?

2. As others mentioend, how may claims did you have in this month, in 6 months and total in 12 months?

3. Did you receive suddenly many low DSRs?

4. Recently any of your other eBay account restricted, which you use from same place?

If none of above, then may be you can try to contact eBay customer care.

         If you have more claims you can`t list more and more. Claim should not exceed more than 3%.................

same for me also ,  i am also a top rated seller, suddenly last month i got same message when i have contacted the customer care they say it is limited and restricted .

i also dont know what to do.
