Under New Ebay Feedback Policy  - Neutral / Negative Feedback Won't Be Removed Hereafter Even Buyer Left Followup As "REMOVE MY FEEDBACK"

 

This is very bad policy. Ebay will have to remove the feedback if the buyer gets satisfied with our communication and left follow up  feedback. This will afftect all sellers standards on ebay. I have mailed ebay team to revise the policy. I also request all sellers to send mail to ebay. Click here http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/cusr?query=1468&ref=1 and click Send us an email. Describe clearly and Mention to revise the feedback policy and allow to remove the feedback when the buyer left followup..

 

And also reply to this thread to confirm.. If you are a seller, if you want to maintain your seller standards, pls do it right now.. Lets protest against this new feedback policy...

even when you buy something from a shop on high street after looking and touching at the product, we sometimes find faults in the item and go back to the shop and ask them to replace it or give the money back.

we all are humans, mistakes do happen, but as far as the seller is willing to help and not ignoring the buyer

he doesnt deserve this. this unacceptable.

specially in products like accessories. u will find slighly faulty or damaged 1 in 50 items dispatched.

i think ebay should stop third party products and do only branded stuff like electronics to not find any faults what so ever.

let me tell you, i bought a note 3 from a high street shop...brand new, it was faulty...i went back to him, they changed it for me.

does that seller became bad for me?? wht was his fault?

i think ebay team to think from seller point of view as well.

 

Ebay Policy Are For Blackmail Sellers From Buyers... They Left The Negative Feedback After Demaund For Money for removed. Why ebay does not Apply Product details Feedback Policy???

I agree its a very stupid policy change.

Many ebay buyers even dont know the difference between feedback & contact seller.

Once the buyer gives a negative feedback, we call and follow up and give the buyer his desired resolution to ensure he helps us remove negative feedback. But now this.

Very illogical of the ebay team to take such a decision against reputed sellers.

With the new online portals coming up this will not help ebay to retain its sellers.

Ebay is becoming buyer centric.

First the guarantee claim now this.

 

The new policy will really spoil th ebay business.  I have confirmation from buyers to remove the negative feedback. The ebay executive used to remove it based on the confirmation. Now they are telling policy is changed.  So they should also tell how do we remove the negative feedback if the buyer is happy and agreed to remove the negative feedback  after resolve the issue with the purchase. A very bad policy which will really spoil the ebay seller's businses.
