I'm really surprise by a Email from Ebay support
Stating that THey are not responsible for getting any negative feedback any seller recive Due no non pick up from powr ship program LPS (aramex).
We are continulsy mailing ebay to remove aramex cod from power ship but they continue with then and recently one of the buyer left a negative feedback stating that item not shipped as it was COD no one come from aramex to pick up. the buyer has mention that we have written COD on our listing but we have clearly mention that we may not send COD.
WE have all email which we send ebay to remove aramex.
