Negative Feedback Ruins My 100% Rating (Item broken during shipping) (Buyer Did not call/msg me)

I sent a item to buyer   and it got damaged  ( iphone cover tear off from its plastic. Basic Glue would fix it ) 

 

He did not called me or msg me . I sent a message & EMAIL to replace it if he will accept feedback revision but HE DIDNT MSG ME BACK.

 

HOW TO SAVE MY 100% RATING (now 94%)
