We wish to inform you the following revision in the “Amendments” clause to the eBay.in User Agreement (“eBay.in UA”):

Effective from July 26, 2018, the period of prior notice for a Substantial Change to the eBay.in User Agreement will be reduced to minimum one (1) day from the existing period of seven (7) days.

You are advised to review the revised eBay.in UA to familiarize yourself with the amendments.

It means that earlier any significant change in ebay policy was announced at least 7 days prior to the day it will take place. Now ebay will announce it only a day before.
