Hi,
Recently I sold a high value electronics product on eBay,
Everything was as usual, until one day buyer informs me that someone tore open
the secure package and took the product out. Then the miscreant glued the package
and the courier company marked it as delivered. There was discrepancy in the weight
of the package. Ebay debited the product value from my paisapay acount.
I used the service of a well known courier comapny.
This resulted in substantial loss to me as a Seller.
Since the terms and condition of courier service protects such kind of
loss ( or i should say stealing) and most likely it is their employees involved
in this deed. I am feeling helpless.
Is there anything I can do about this ?
Any advice from sellers out there ?
