In iPhone-6 winner scheme, why eBay is shy to disclose the names of the winners, while as per Term"D" it is clearly stated that

 

-"Eligible Winners of the iPhone will be announced on eBay Website on the same day"

 

It must be shown on announcement board, day/hour wise - for all previous days.

 

I talked  on phone for 54 minutes on 18th Oct., 2014 at 14.25hrs., she assured to give detail but still no result.

Even I was not able to see the hourly winner's listing on ebay.... i called customer care, they simply denied saying that they don't have any idea about it as some other department is dealing into it. They were not able to help in reaching up to that URL too.
