I sold one item buyer raised claim got rejected and I was not covered under seller protection

I sold one item on ebay after receiveing buyer raised a claim which got rejected as buyer failed to prove his claim.

I didnt get my product back and now I am not covered under seller protection neither did I receive my item back.

What should I do next to claim my payment.
