I am writing this email to bring your kind attention towards the late shipment rate, which is being counted in my seller dashboard.
Since powership is activated on my account I am facing the issue with the late shipment rate .
There are 12 transactions which have been counted as late shipment rate, I am being penalized for those transactions in which I did the shipment on time,
(I was not supposed to deliver the parcel to the buyer doorstep).
Note :- 1. Shipment was on time still counted as defect rate to the seller dashboard.
2. The mistake was made by a powership team for later pickup.
Check if I didn't mark the shipment on time, then you can calculate the shipment as defect no issue.
