I am not able to list new items for selling

Since past two days i have getting this error message while trying to list new items for sale. i have also written an email to ebay but no reply recieved. any help is greatly appreciated. the messafe which i gets is :

Attention! We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay. Please proceed to your my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

 and they never send any email.

You are getting this message because you have violated some ebay policies. May be ur previous account with ebay might have been suspended and you have created this new account. Only way to get out of this situation is to clear ur past dues or any issues with ur previous or old account pay their pending fees and call up Trust and safety and tell them that you have cleared all ur past dues then they lift the limitations from this account. There is no other solution and you cant deny that you dont have any other accounts with ebay. So the only way clear ur past sues and so as iI've told you thats the only way out. Dont try any other alternatives as it wont help you out.
