We wish to bring one recent case to your notice about one of the fraud buyer which is on eBay.
He placed order for one Nivea soap. We shipped it through fedex after 3-4 days we got email from fedex stating that buyer not
accepting that package & asking to return to origin.
Then we called to buyer to know reason he said I have not placed that order.
My friend is using my id. When we said him this is live
marketplace not a demo marketplace where you place fake orders. He was totally unprofessional on call.
I would request you all sellers kindly block this guy who is fraud.
eBay approved refund stating that item returned to you. We can't able to stop this refund.
We have lost both site money for sending & then for receiving.
Who will pay these charges to us?
