How can I change shipping details.

I shipped items and entered shipping details but due to wrong date in system Postal authorities cancelled my booking and reshipped and issued fresh receipts on next day after I have entered the shipping details on Ebay. 

 

How can I correct this?

Dear memoryguru,

 

It is true that shipping details once updated in PaisaPay can not be edited. You are require to share new shipping details with the buyer via eBay Messaging System: 'Contact Buyer' link in your 'Sold' Section.

 

As  security measure, please request your shipping partner for Proof of delivery documents and retain. In addition to this you can share the correct shipping details with our customer support on incswebhelp@ebay.com , just in case buyer requested a refund online.

No problems at all, just send an email to the buyer explaining the postal problem and send the new docket nos to to the buyer in the email and the buyer will surely understand.

 

I hope you have not wasted many days over this issue and the item reaches the buyer before your email.
