Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I have seen that my product MechanzO can be seen at your portal only when it is searched through search box.
If I am seeing it as an customer and if i don't know the product then I am unable to find out it.
Infact it has been sold through schools and in retail at good quantity.
So please tell me what is the fault at our side and what should i do improve this.

I see that the title that you have put for this product is just - MechanzO 6+ - Create New Designs.
The title is very important as the keyworks that you use is what makes your product come up in relevant search results. You should think of all keywords that a seller would use to search your product and use them in your title.
