The new policy will really spoil th ebay business. I have confirmation from buyers to remove the negative feedback. The ebay executive used to remove it based on the confirmation. Now they are telling policy is changed. So they should also tell how do we remove the negative feedback if the buyer is happy and agreed to remove the negative feedback ( through ebay messages) after resolve the issue with the purchase. A very bad policy which will really spoil the ebay seller's businses.
FEEDBACK REMOVAL POLICY : I also sent the mail to my account manager but no good response....it is getting difficult to get business
