Hi. We Face Heavy Loss Due To This Issue that Ebay  Bluedart Powership Not Accept The Orders Belong From Kerela. We Send Around 20 Parcels But All RTO. We Call Powershipment Team for The Same They Say Attacthed Form 11 A... We Attacthed It But Same Its RTO. Now Trust And Safety Team Fixed A Selling Limit On Our Account. Is this Our Problem??? We Say Ebay Powershipment Team If There is some Issue With Bluedart Then Do A No Powership LP Logo On Kerela State Orders So We Can Use Our Local Professional Courier. They Give Best Service In Kerela. But They Unable to Do It...

I am also facing the same issue, Blue Dart Clearly dont have coverage in Kerala and we end up spending time and effort for items to be sent just to get it back later and the buyer also goes unhappy waiting for the Refund

Now my account is also on limits  just when i wanted to increase the items. Now they are forcing me to look for other options for the new stock
