Does ebay takes care of a seller?

When some of the buyers happy with the transaction they forget to leave feedback for the seller, even after also begging them for a feedback. But when there is any problem they are happy to leave negative or neutral feedback.  Does ebay takes care of this for a seller?

if any buyer does not leave any feedback ebay should automatically leave

full 5 star ratings for the transaction.

i too have noticed that lot of buyers don't leave a feedback. i follow a simply policy,

you leave feedback i leave feedback 🙂
