I am a new seller on ebay and in just 10 days I have feeling this is not seller friendly. Buyers are canceling order after shipping, giving wrong address, even claiming receiving different product when I know what I sent. Is it possible other seller are doing this ?. And worst part is when claim is opened by buyer, seller feedback / point is not asked even. They investigate themselves and refund without any discussion. And I don't know if I will receive my product back. All my msg to customer support are bounced back with this part "Thanks for contacting eBay. This email address is no longer accepting email. If you're having a problem, you can find help through our self-help system: http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home and this opening same page where I sent my message to customer care. There is not direct help for seller. Can anybody help ?
