I am a new seller on ebay and recently I refunded 3 smartphones to buyer within 2-3 days due to stock unavailability. Do this effect my seller performance?
If the buyer leave a negative feedback as you put on a product that was out of stock then it will affect your seller performance and decreases your feadback score
