Hi members..I need your help in resolving a big issue. I have 33 items to be shipped by BlueDart under Poeership which is not yet done. I have escalated whatever I can. Some of the items, the transaction date was 03/12/2013. For 24 items, system has initiated the refund process even. No one in the Powership team is helping me even after escalating the issue to the head of Powership. Useless fellows. 

I want to escalate this to the MD of eBay India. Please anyone provide me the email id, if you know.

Thank you for your reply..However is it inappropriate to ask this question.? Absolutely not...I had already contacted eBay many times..So I thought it would be wise if I ask the members if anyone knows...something wrong here...? Anyway I got CEO's email id from another source and solved my problems.
