Can anybody tell me if I can sell used items here? & do I need tin and/or vat number?

Hi I am a newbie here trying to list some old items for sale on ebay. Do I need to TIN &/Vat number and can I sell used items here?

No, you cant start your TIN/CST on ebay, since its illegal to sold the product in other states without holding CST and TIN and its mandatory for you to pay tax on sold iteams.

Yes , you can list used items. You don't need TIN/VAT Number, if you are going to start an individual business.
