I have sold a brand new and 100% original laptop bag as described,the buyer says he expected the additional tags and warranty card and not had received those,while i clearly did not mention them in the item description.And he raises a claim asking for a refund, i have provided the laptop bag with its original cover as mentioned exactly without any change,What do i do?
Was the bag sealed ? Sealed as in manufacturer sealed and not the usual sticky pouch seal. If it was, you can say to the buyer that you gave the bag as it came from the manufacturer and since you didn't open the seal you didn't know what was inside and what was not. Also, did you mention any warranty in the item description, if you didn't, most likely you can say the same to eBay and claim would be resolved. If you did mention warranty, buyer has every right to ask for the warranty card.
