Buyer asked me to refund him a portion of the sales price for an old watch that isn't running consistently because he thinks it needs a thorough cleaning that will cost him $60. I would like to refund him $20.00 as a courtesy, but I can't find out how to do it. I can't find the answer on eBay's Help/Contact Us. Where do I go from here?
ask the customer for his paypal email id and then you can send 20$ to him via paypal.
