Are we still liable to pay any fee if the product is not sold? And if yes, how it is done?

Nothing free on ebay. There is 2 Rs fees to list your items on ebay. 

If item sold, there is 2% to 7% fees,depend on categories. Thats call ebay fees. 

There is flat fees 4.5% fees on total goods value, which called paisapay fees. 

In shorts, you have to pay, LISTING FEES + eBay FEES + PAISAPAY FEES . 

If your list item wirth 100 Rs, there is Rs Listing fees for 30 days. 

If item sold, there is 4% ebay fees - 4 Rs ebay fees. 

at time payment tranfer to your bank, there is 4.5 % paisapay fees - 4.5 Rs. 

Total fees is = 2 + 4+ 4.5 = 10.5 Rs.

You have to pay the listing fee anyway.

If sold, you have to pay the paisapay fee and final value fee.
