Account Limited For Selling Since from Last 180 days :(

Dear eBay,

I am unable to understand why my account limited from selling? After logging into my account I am getting error massage that " We have notieced unsual activity in your account. Etc...."

My DSR are more than 4.5 in all aspects. No claims are pending but still my account restricted. Wrote email to TNS team to remove this restrcition. But I am getting same copy pasted response from last 3-4 months that wait 30 days. After 30 days getting same response that wait more 30 days.

Now in last appeal received email to wait more 60 days. What is this exactly?

If I am in fault then why all claims are closed in my favour? From one end you are excluding manufacturer warranty products from claims & lateron considering claim number in seller performance. Is that correct?

same problem here . my account is having same problem from dec 2013 . all rating good . no complaint . phone support always tell to send mail . and the mail team have only copy paste responce . no body is telling correct reason . or what should be done in future to stop this happen .

Have u tried talking to eBay selling Deptt + Trust & Safety for the issues.

On phone,i think they will exactly let u know what issue is pending from your side.

Give it a try calling eBay.
