wrong weight charged and powership team is not replying

Following orders are from october end and it's been over 2 months now powership team not refunding excessive shipping charge.

Earlier i mailed them twice or thrice, they replied we are checking with logistic team and we will get back to you.

and now they have stopped replying also.

and worst is that one order has not been delivered from last 5 months, from 5 months i have been running behind powership team and they are just saying order is not traceable.
