One buyer brought an item from my listing and doesn't pay my listing disappeared from search, then I logged a case in Resolution Center buyer still not paid, then today I clicked on still not received and I got this message (you received Final Value Fee credits) and inbox message (You've received a final value fee credit. Also, an unpaid item has been recorded on the buyer's account.

If you want, you can go to your site preferences and authorize us to automatically withdraw from transactions on your behalf when the buyer doesn't pay. We can also close unpaid item cases and refund your final value fees automatically.

so my question is what final value fee credit means? is it al value of my unsold item ? if yes then i have not yet recived money of my product in my accound but invoice is already showing fees of seeling that product.
