I have sold X product 10 days back on ebay and the same has been delivery by reputed courier. The courier website shows that the buyer has recd the parcel 3 days back but till now he has not confirmed to ebay recd the receipt of the material.
Kindly advise how too proceed further and complete the transaction since i am very new to ebay
Kindly follow with the buyer through mail or call or msg him and ask him to confirm the item receipt. some new buyers do not know how to confirm the same. so just provide them the basic steps on how to confirm it and also how to leave a feedback.
If the buyer do not respond within timelines, your transaction will be automatically changed to "Item treated as received" status.
