turbolister issues

Hi,
Iam using turbolister to list in bulk and Iam never sure which items I have relisted and which I am yet to relist. I see the round blue arrow but does it mean the item is relisted already or to be relisted.
Also, whenever I change the format from auction to fixed price to store, it doesn't let me change it back again. It says "The item has an invalid start price". Has anyone else faced this problem also. If so, whats the solution.

Hello ovisvanathan,

To check your specific case, the Customer Support will need the Log Files. You can locate the log files in the Turbo Lister directory on your computers hard drive at:

C:\Program Files\eBay\Turbo Lister\

The log files are those files that have the extension ".log" after their file names.

Open the log file (most likely called Tl.log) and copy and paste the contents into an email and send it to the team using Contact Us ---> Selling and Managing Your Item--> Selling Tools---> Ask about Turbo Lister--> Email us. After mailing the log files you may Chat with the team using Live Chat to get a faster resolution.
