short address from buyers in non powership orders

dear sellers , 

    we face new problem in recent time , buyers are careless and give short address and some times they also not pick phone to make correction in address

        and its   result in r.t.o , even we got 20 percent of our parcels r.t.o from india speed post and dtdc courier in non powership orders

i m very surprised by new buyers approch these days ,in past we not face this kind of problem

we simply delete such sales, rather than get our goods lost in transit. A lot of buyers write just _v.p.o.  !!!

1.self shipping just printing just address label given by ebay is not ok.of course RT0 20% is not surprising !

2.you have to mail/ sms / call to clarify address

3. DTDC may RTO return more easily. but speedpost (will not consignee but will deliver if the address is delicereable

3. all self ship orders you have to write to the concered authotities before it becomes RTO. if you inform buyer buyer may even collect at PO.

4. if you can not do all this -dont ship/cancel order  or accept 20% RTO. 

5. i ship by speedpost all the time.
