i any of you people using xoom or cash 2 india for withdrawing yourmoney from paypal then please help me in that and enlighted how it works and will it be safe using the same ???????

punjabimall , I think the exchange rate used by Xoom is the biggest drawback it carries with itself, rest everything is fine ! I have been using it since long now.

techniwas, Xoom usually uses 1 less than the normal exchange prevailing on that particular day. Suppose today's ER is 41.23, Xoom will definitely use 40.00 or may be lesser ...which is certainly a BIG drawback for people who use it to withdar their Paypal funds.

Yes Paypal offers better ER than Xoom and it sends money in INR not in USD
